Putu cake (from the Java language, Puthu [IPA: / puʈu /]) is a type of Indonesian food such as cakes that contain palm sugar and grated coconut, rice flour coarse. Ingredients
- 300 ml water

How to Make
- Boil water, salt, pandan leaf.
- Enter the rice flour in a container, pour the warm pandan water while knitting by hand until smooth grains.
- Use a sieve with large holes, to shape the dough in fine grains.
- Put half a tablespoon flour dough in a bamboo pipe, then insert a teaspoon brown sugar, cover with half a tablespoon rice flour dough (do not press).
- (For filling easy, you can use a pandan or banana leaf to cover the bottom of the bamboo pipe)
- Put the bamboo pipe on the pan and steam for 10 minutes over high heat.
- Take out and cover it with the sprinkles.
- Remove from mold and serve warm with extra grated coconut
