Asinan is a pickled (through brined or vinegared) vegetable or fruit dish, commonly found in Indonesia. Ingredients
- 200 g noodles
- ¼ tbsp vinegar
- 100 ml water
- 100 gr bean sprouts
- 100 gr cabbage leaves, finely sliced
- 50 gr radish, finely sliced
- 50 gr carrot, peeled, sliced stem lighter fine
- 50 gr ready salted mustard greens, sliced crosswise ½ cm
- 200 g cucumber, peeled, 2 pieces lengthwise, cut
- crosswise ½ cm
- 100gr pineapple fruit, peeled, remove eyes, slit lengthwise 2 parts, sliced crosswise 1 cm
- Thick brown sugar (given a little salt)

- Asinan Betawi sauce
- 100 gr peanut fry
- 7 pieces red chili, fried
- 2 cloves garlic, fry
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 500 ml water cooked
- 3 tbsp sugar palm vinegar
How to Make
- Boil egg noodles until soft, lift, poke with ½ tbsp oil

- ¼ tbsp vinegar stirred with 100 ml of water. Enter the
- bean sprouts, cabbage, radish, and carrots.
- To pickle sauce: red chili, garlic, salt and
- sugar mashed. Enter the bean, and then mashed,added palm
- sugar vinegar.
- Serve: put the egg noodles, salted mustard greens,
- cucumber, pineapple, pickle (bean sprouts, cabbage,
- radish, and carrots). Enter the pickle sauce. Serve with
- emping, peanuts, sugar and condensed water.
