- 1 bunch of kangkung/watercress/convolvulus
- 2 small shallots
- 2 garlic
- 1 chili
- 1 tsb soy sauce
- 1 tsb oyster sauce
- salt
- pepper
- sugar
- spoon (full) the vegetable oil
How to make
1. Cut the kangkung as you like.
2. Sliced the shallots, garlic and chili.
3. Fry shallots, garlic and chili with a little bit of oil until fragrant.
4. Put the kangkung in.
5. Add other spices.
6. Stir all until kangkung wilted.
7. Served hot with steamed rice.
