In Indonesia es campur is sold from humble traveling trolley to restaurants. For Indonesian Muslims, es campur and kolak are popular treats during Ramadan for iftar, often sold prior to breaking the fast. It is quite similar with es teler and es doger although with different content.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon grass jelly cubes
  • 2 tablespoon nata de coco
  • 2 tablespoon basil seeds that has been soaked in hot water
  • 2 tablespoon avocado cubes
  • 2 tablespoon fermented cassava cubes
  • ½ cup shaved ice
  • 2 tablespoon sweet condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoon coco pandan syrup or syrup with anything taste you want
  • Seaweed

Instructions

  1. In a serving glass or serving bowl, add glass jelly, nata de coco, basil seeds, avocado, seaweed and fermented cassava.
  2. Top with shaved iced, and drizzle with sweet condensed milk and coco pandan syrup.
  3. Just prior to eating, stir everything together with a spoon.
